TOPREEL GLOBAL PTE. LTD., registered in Singapore ("BibiShort" "we," "our," "us"), provides a platform (as defined below) for writers and publishers to distribute and monetize various literary works ("Works" or "Content"). These Terms of Use, together with all documents referenced herein and all other operational rules, policies, and procedures that BibiShort may publish from time to time, govern the relationship between BibiShort and the users of the BibiShort platform ("User," "you"), including all subdomains and related websites (collectively, the "Website"), BibiShort mobile applications, including iPhone and Android mobile applications ("Apps"), and any and all other platforms for accessing, publishing, or distributing content through any of the foregoing ("Services") (collectively, the "Platform"), as well as all related services, features, or content. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between BibiShort and you.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to fully comply with them. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform, and you are not authorized to access, view, or otherwise use the Platform for any purpose.

The Platform may contain links to or embedded materials from third-party content that BibiShort has not reviewed, including but not limited to other websites and third-party services, for the convenience of visitors, advertising purposes, or other similar functions related to BibiShort's business. BibiShort's linking to or embedding third-party content does not imply advertisement or endorsement of any goods, services, products, or other content provided by such third parties.

BibiShort is not responsible for any third-party content linked to or embedded from the Platform and expressly disclaims, without limitation, any liability for any third-party content, the accuracy of any information on any third-party website, or the quality of services offered or promoted on such third-party websites.

BibiShort may add, change, or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms of Use or any terms posted on this Website will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Website after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of such changes. BibiShort may add, change, discontinue, remove, or suspend the publication of any other content on this Website, including Works described or featured on this Website, at any time temporarily or permanently, without notice and without liability.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that:

(a) You are at least 12 years of age;

(b) You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services;

(c) Your registration and use of the Platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. User License

2.1 Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and to the extent we are legally permitted to grant such rights, BibiShort grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the Platform for the purpose of accessing Works and for other purposes expressly set forth herein.

2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights from us or any third party to you, and all rights, title, and interest in such property shall remain with the applicable owner.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 To use certain features of the Platform, you need to register a BibiShort account ("Account"). You agree that all information you submit during the Account registration process, or any additional information you submit to your Account profile at any time thereafter, shall be accurate and truthful, and you shall update it promptly.

3.2 Your Account is unique to you, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password and for restricting access to it. You agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and other activities that occur under your Account.

3.3 You may delete your Account. You should understand that once your Account is deleted, you will lose the right to access or use all or part of the Platform.

3.4 We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate your Account at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, especially if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

3.5 You understand and agree that, to protect your Account security and prevent unauthorized access or malicious sharing, BibiShort may limit the number of devices that can simultaneously log into the same Account. The specific device limit shall be determined by BibiShort. If you log into the same Account from multiple devices exceeding the above limit, we may, depending on the circumstances, implement identity verification measures. If you fail such verification, we may refuse to provide further services to your Account.

4. Content Policy

4.1 Our Content Policy ("Content Policy") sets forth the terms under which BibiShort uses content uploaded to the Platform by authors and publishers, among other matters. You must read and agree to the Content Policy before uploading any Works to the Platform.

4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, all rights not expressly granted to BibiShort shall be reserved by you, and BibiShort does not claim any ownership of your content.

5. Platform Feedback

5.1 We welcome your interaction on the Platform. You may submit materials that do not constitute Content to BibiShort. By submitting any comments or feedback (collectively, "Comments" or "Feedback") through the Platform or by other means, such as emailing BibiShort about the Platform, posting on a message board, or commenting on Works, BibiShort shall be free to use such Comments for any purpose, in all media, permanently, without any obligation or liability to you. If you wish to keep Comments confidential or proprietary, please do not transmit any Comments to BibiShort or share any Comments with others.

5.2 Comments must not, in whole or in part, include or embody:

(a) Infringement, violation, or misappropriation of any third-party rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights;

(b) Defamation, disparagement, slander, or violation of any other person's privacy, publicity, or other property rights;

(d) Causing BibiShort to violate any laws or regulations.

5.3 If any Comments are found to violate any of the above provisions, we may, at our discretion, terminate or suspend your Account or immediately remove the Comments from the Platform without prior notice.

6. Restriction of User Conduct

6.1 You shall not, unless prohibited by applicable law from such restriction:(a) copy, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service;(b) modify the Service;(c) interfere with or circumvent any function of the Service, including any security or access control mechanisms. If applicable law prohibits you from using the Service, you shall not use it.6.2 You shall not alter or modify the Platform in any way, nor access the Platform through any other technologies or means except those authorized by BibiShort, including but not limited to not using robots, web crawlers, or other automated means to access the Platform.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Access to certain features of the Platform or Service may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged to you. All fees are denominated in US Dollars and are non-refundable.7.2 BibiShort reserves the right to determine the prices of the Service. BibiShort will use reasonable efforts to keep the pricing information posted on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website regularly for the latest pricing information.7.3 BibiShort will charge the payment method specified at the time of your purchase. You authorize BibiShort to charge all amounts for your orders and any level of Service you select, as described in these Terms or published by the Company, through such payment method. If you pay any fees using a credit card, BibiShort may pre-authorize your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify the validity of the credit card and the availability of necessary funds or credit limit to cover your purchase. Payment processing services are provided by third-party services for making purchases (e.g., Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play).7.4 All purchases may be subject to taxes and other fees, including but not limited to foreign exchange fees or location-based price differences (e.g., exchange rates). We may calculate the taxes you owe based on information you provide to us through your account or at the time of purchase.7.5 Users may obtain Coin(s) by recharging. Coins can only be used within BibiShort and cannot be exchanged for any currency.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is", "as available", and "with all faults" basis for the purposes described herein. The risk of using the Platform is entirely borne by you, and you shall exercise your best judgment and caution when using the Platform.8.2 BibiShort does not warrant that your use of the Platform, as well as all other features or functions related to the Platform, or the delivery or display of the Platform, will be available, uninterrupted, unimpaired, or error-free, or free of any viruses, worms, or other security intrusions. You understand and agree that your use of the Platform, and your use, access, download, or other acquisition of materials or content through the Platform and any related websites or platforms, is at your own discretion and risk, and you shall be solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system or mobile device used in connection with the Platform), or loss of data resulting from the use of the Platform or the download or use of such materials or content.8.3 BibiShort does not warrant the availability, delivery, performance, pricing, or timeliness of any works or other intellectual property appearing on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, no warranty that writers or publishers will timely release any future episodes of works, that works will remain available on the Platform, or that the pricing of works or services will remain unchanged.8.4 BibiShort shall not be liable for the deletion or failure to save any comments or other information you submit to the Platform, and we expressly do not undertake to save or retain any comments you submit to the Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of any comments you upload to the Platform.8.5 You understand and agree that BibiShort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, terrorism, weather disturbances, national emergencies, riots, wars, labor difficulties, supplier failures, shortages, breaches, actions or requirements of any government, suspension of existing services pursuant to state or federal laws, rules, or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, BibiShort shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, extracontractual, or punitive damages in any way related to the Platform or these Terms, regardless of the legal theory (including but not limited to contract, tort, personal injury, property damage, negligence, warranty, or strict liability), whether or not BibiShort has been advised of the possibility or probability of such damages, even if other available remedies fail to achieve their essential purpose. If you are dissatisfied with the Platform or any of these Terms, or believe that BibiShort has breached these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform. This limitation of liability is part of the basis of the bargain between us.9.2 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if any part of this limitation of liability is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, BibiShort's total liability arising from the breach of these Terms and/or your use of the Platform shall not exceed five hundred US Dollars ($500.00 USD) for all claims.

10. Indemnification

10.1 You are responsible for your use of the Platform, and you shall indemnify and hold harmless BibiShort and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (collectively, the "BibiShort Entities") from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way related to:(a) your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Platform;(b) your breach of any part of these Terms, any representations, warranties, or agreements referenced in these Terms, or any applicable laws or regulations;(c) your infringement of any third-party rights, including any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, confidentiality rights, other property rights, or privacy rights;(d) any disputes or issues between you and any third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us (without limiting your obligation to indemnify in respect of such matter), in which case you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claim.10.2 BibiShort reserves the right to exclusively defend any claim for which BibiShort is entitled to indemnification hereunder, in which case you shall provide timely and reasonable cooperation to BibiShort at your own expense.

11. Promotions

In addition to these Terms, promotions offered by BibiShort through the Platform or other means may have specific rules that differ from these Terms. Participation in a promotion constitutes your agreement to and compliance with these additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to you when the promotion is offered. BibiShort urges you to review all rules before participating in any promotion. In the event of any conflict between the languages of a given promotion, the rules of the specific promotion shall prevail over these Terms.

12. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights

12.1 BibiShort respects the intellectual property rights of others and intends to provide a Platform that does not contain materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. If you sincerely believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed due to use on the Platform, you may notify us by email at hemengqiang@aikanhudong.com with "Infringement Notification" in the subject line, containing: an electronic or handwritten signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright (or other intellectual property) interest; a description of the copyrighted work (or other intellectual property interest) that you claim has been infringed; identification of the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform; your email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number; a statement by you that you sincerely believe that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner, its agent, or the law; a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner. If you believe that a notification of intellectual property infringement submitted against you is improper, you may submit a "Counter-Notification" to BibiShort, containing: your handwritten or electronic signature; identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled; a statement made under penalty of perjury that you sincerely believe that the removal or disabling of the material was a mistake or that the material was misidentified; your full name, email address, mailing address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of (a) the judicial district where your address is located if in Singapore, or (b) Singapore if your address is outside Singapore, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant who submitted the notification or their authorized agent.12.2 Any notification or counter-notification you submit pursuant to the above provisions must be true and must be submitted under penalty of perjury. False notifications or counter-notifications may give rise to personal liability. Therefore, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notification or counter-notification. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, please note that whether or not BibiShort prohibits access to or removes any material pursuant to the above provisions, BibiShort may disclose your identity to any third party claiming infringement of intellectual property rights herein, or provide a copy of the counter-notification we receive, as well as disclose the content of any notification or counter-notification. You acknowledge and agree that any such disclosure by us pursuant to the above provisions shall not infringe any of your rights, including but not limited to any privacy rights you may have.

13. Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 You agree and consent that these Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of Singapore applicable to contracts made and performed within Singapore, notwithstanding any conflict of laws principles.13.2 You and BibiShort agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your relationship with BibiShort (whether based on contract, tort, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, whether the claim arises during or after the termination of the Terms) shall be determined by mandatory and binding arbitration. Any arbitration between you and BibiShort shall be conducted as a binding arbitration by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the SIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted.

14. Notices

All legal notices under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to BibiShort by email at hemengqiang@aikanhudong.com. By using the Platform, you agree that any notice required under these Terms sent to you electronically by BibiShort shall satisfy any requirement for legal communication or notice. You agree to promptly update all contact information contained in your account, and we shall not be liable if you fail to promptly update your account or contact information.

15. BibiShort Recharge Instructions

1. BibiShort offers both free and paid content.

2. Paid content can be unlocked with coins or accessed via a paid membership. Membership-exclusive content is only available to paid members.

3. All coins, bonus coins and gifted coins have permanent validity.

4. During the subscription period, coins will not be deducted first when unlocking episodes.

5. Enjoy unrestricted access to all content in the app for the entire subscription period.

6. Your account will be automatically charged and renewed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

7. To cancel your subscription, go to **My > Settings > Membership Management** and cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.

8. To cancel your Apple subscription, go to your App Store account settings and cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.

9. If your payment is confirmed but your balance does not update, tap **Restore Purchases** to refresh.

11. Coins and current active membership are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once used.
